Become a DTU Corporate Partner

More info (in Danish)
New strategic partnership model will make it easier for companies to collaborate with DTU across departments. Simultaneously, a DTU Business Club is in the pipeline.

DTU is the Frontrunner University in Denmark when it comes to company collaborations. Nonetheless, there is great potential for more collaboration projects – as well as strengthening current partnerships with industry. Of the companies who have collaborated with DTU from 2003-2014, two out of three chose to collaborate only once. At the same time, both DTU departments and companies ask for a more cross-disciplinary approach to collaboration that utilises DTU’s vast infrastructure of facilities and offers.

It is with foundation in these needs that DTU’s new Corporate Partnership model was born. The core of DTU’s Corporate Partner is an offer for large corporations to engage in a long-term strategic partnership with a cross-disciplinary approach to companies’ technological focus areas and opportunities. The partnership gives companies the opportunity to move from single projects to strategic dialogue across all of DTU’s collaboration options within education, research and innovation. DTU has already partnered up with Arla, Niras and FOSS and is now ready to collaborate with even more companies.

As part of DTU’s mission to be a visible partner for companies, a Business Club for companies, researchers, students and startups is currently in development. The club will be a hub of creativity, knowledge sharing and technology trends – and maintain a feeling of community with companies year round. DTU Business Club launches during 2020 in a pilot phase.
