Friday bar for alumni
DTU and PF invite alumni to an informal Friday bar event every semester - typically in the end of June and in the end of November.
The event is targeted at recent graduates and alumni who have graduated within the past 10 years, but all alumni are welcome.
- Would you like to celebrate that you’ve just graduated?
- Do you miss your time at DTU and feel like reconnecting with friends from your student days?
- Or maybe it’s time to celebrate your 5- or 10-year anniversary as an engineer?
No matter what, DTU and PF set the scene for a fun and informal reunion at the Friday bar for alumni events which are held in S‑Huset at Lyngby Campus.
Ticket options
You can choose between two different ticket types:
- Friday bar for alumni (standard): DKK 75
Includes admission to the event and 1 drink voucher valid for a beverage of your choice (wine/cider/beer/soft drink). - Friday bar for alumni (incl. buffet): DKK 250
Includes admission to the event, buffet dinner served in the Reading Room at 7:00 pm, and 2 drink vouchers valid for a beverage of your choice (wine/cider/beer/soft drink).
You can purchase a ticket for yourself and one guest.
Programme
- 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Friday Bar with buffet in the Reading Room (alumni with buffet ticket only) / Regular bar in S‑Huset (all alumni with ticket + students)
- 9:00 pm – 2:00 am: Friday Bar in the Reading Room (all alumni with ticket) / Regular bar in S‑Huset (all alumni with ticket + students)
You are welcome to arrive earlier. The regular café/bar in S‑Huset is open all day from 11:00 am.
You are also welcome to continue the evening in the basement bar afterwards.
