Give back to DTU

DTU's alumni network is of major strategic importance to the university, and alumni play an important role in developing DTU's business areas for the benefit of students and researchers: They are mentors for students who create start-ups, assist international graduate and PhD students in finding jobs in Denmark, give guest lectures, help as sparring partners, recruit students for internships and much more.

You can make a difference in many different ways - here are some examples:

Keep us updated:

• Keep your personal profile updated/let us know when you get new contact information or change jobs

Stay updated:

• Subscribe to DTU Alumni's newsletter and invitations
• Join DTU Alumni's LinkedIn-gruppe
• Follow DTU on LinkedIn
• Follow DTU Alumni on Facebook
• Follow DTU on Instagram

Show your pride:

• Hang your diploma from DTU on the wall of your office or at home so that others can see where you have studied
• Add your education from DTU to your profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Use some of the nice DTU merchandise products which you can buy in Polyteknisk Bookstore

Be engaged:

• Become a mentor
• Make use of DTU’s continuing education offers
• Join events at DTU
• Recommend others to study at DTU
• Open doors for DTU to your business - eg. by offering internships or student jobs to students
• Become an international alumni contact person for DTU
• Start an international alumni group
