DTU departments hiring more female researchers: “We set a broad field - and choose the best”

At DTU Energy and DTU Management, targeted efforts to attract more female research talent have yielded results. According to DTU’s President, the efforts are part of a strategic effort to ensure equal opportunities for all and world-class research.
